Terms & Conditions of Trading Purchases 10% advanced payment (minimum £ 200.00) is required to reserve a registration mark. The advance payment (non-refundable) is payable by Mastercard/Visa only. The balance is due in 30 days or with your documents, whichever is sooner. Bidding on behalf of a client at a DVLA auction of registration marks We accept such commissions and offer clients an information package, free of charge and obligation. The package includes a complete record of all similar marks sold at previous auctions, together with the successful bid price. Being experienced bidders at such auctions, we believe we are able to offer you an advantage over other bidders. Our fee is fixed and inclusive of all expenses, and is only payable if we secure the mark on your behalf. If we are unsuccessful there is a nominal fee of £ 40.00 plus VAT. Please Note : We are not DVLA agents. We are 100% biased in favour of our client. Valuation Certificates For taxation and other purposes, certificates are available. The fee is modest and related to service rather than profit. Failed Transfers Failed transfers are rare. They can occur when we are dependent on a third party. Our firm's liability is limited to full refund of purchase price. Completion means the transfer is carried out in accordance with the DVLA rules, and issue of a new V5 bearing the new registration number shall be conclusive proof of a successful transfer or assignment. Retention Document If the mark that you have purchased comes in the form of a retention document, you MUST assign the mark to a vehicle PRIOR TO the expiry date of the document.
